Early Life and Background

Priyanka Chopra was born to Ashok and Madhu Chopra, both physicians in the Indian Army. This led to her family relocating frequently across India, giving Priyanka exposure to diverse cultures. She completed her schooling at La Martiniere Girls’ School in Lucknow and St. Maria Goretti College in Bareilly. She later moved to the U.S. as a teenager, where she attended high school and developed an interest in performing arts.

Miss World 2000
