Anupama was born on February 18, 1996, in Irinjalakuda, Thrissur district, Kerala, India.
She comes from a Malayali family. Her parents are Parameswaran Erekkath and Sunitha Parameswaran. She has a younger brother named Akshay.
She attended Don Bosco Higher Secondary School in Irinjalakuda and completed her higher secondary education at National Higher Secondary School.
Anupama pursued a degree in Communicative English at CMS College Kottayam, Kerala, but discontinued her studies to focus on her acting career.
From a young age, she was passionate about music, dance, and drama, actively participating in school programs and a local drama club.

Acting Career:

Anupama made her acting debut in 2015 with the Malayalam film Premam, directed by Alphonse Puthren. The film was a massive success, and her portrayal of Mary George garnered her widespread recognition.
