Early Life and Education:
Siddharth was born and raised in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He attended Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi, and later, he went on to study Commerce at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai. Initially, he was interested in pursuing a career in business, but his passion for acting soon led him to the film industry.
Siddharth was also inclined towards the arts, particularly theatre, and had an early interest in performing arts. He later joined a drama school and started his career in acting by taking up theater roles, which helped hone his craft.
Career:Debut and Early Struggles:
Siddharth made his acting debut in the Tamil film industry with the movie “Boys” (2003), directed by Shankar. The film, though not a huge commercial success, gave Siddharth his first recognition. His portrayal of a college student caught in a whirlwind of love, music, and youthful rebellion showed his potential, even though the film didn’t do as expected at the box office.
His first notable role was in the Telugu film “Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana” (2005), directed by Prabhu Deva. This film was a major success and gave Siddharth his first big break in the Telugu film industry. His charming performance and chemistry with actress Trisha Krishnan were appreciated, and the film became a massive hit.
