Naga Shaurya was born in Eluru, a city in Andhra Pradesh, to a family with no background in the film industry. His father, Shivashankar, is a businessman, and his mother, Rama, is a homemaker. Naga Shaurya grew up in Hyderabad and pursued his schooling and higher education there. He has an academic background in commerce and is known to have been passionate about acting from a young age.

While he initially considered pursuing a career in the sports field, particularly cricket, his interest in acting eventually took precedence. Inspired by actors in the Telugu film industry, Naga Shaurya decided to take a leap into acting and made his debut in films, eventually earning a place among the talented new-age actors of Tollywood.

Naga Shaurya made his acting debut in 2011 with the film “Cricket Girls And Beer”, a youthful drama. However, it was his second film, “Oohalu Gusagusalade” (2014), directed by Avasarala Srinivas, that truly established him in the industry. The film was a success, and his portrayal of a young man in love was widely appreciated for its refreshing and relatable nature.
