SHARWANAND

Sharwanand Myneni (born March 6, 1985), most famously known as Sharwanand, is an Indian actor and producer who predominantly appears in Telugu films. He has also worked in a few Tamil films. He is known for choosing diverse roles and has garnered a reputation for his subtle and nuanced performances.

Early Life and Background

Sharwanand was born in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
He comes from a business family.
He did his schooling at The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, where he was classmates with actors Ram Charan and Rana Daggubati. Actor Ram Pothineni is his cousin.
He completed his B.Com from Wesley Degree College, Secunderabad.
At the age of 17, Sharwanand attended Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute in Mumbai to hone his acting skills.

Career

Sharwanand first gained attention when he appeared in a Thumbs Up advertisement alongside Chiranjeevi.
He made his acting debut in 2003 with the Telugu film 5va Tareeku.
Initially, he played supporting roles in films like Sankranthi (2005) and Lakshmi (2006).
His first major breakthrough as a lead actor came with the Tamil film Engeyum Eppodhum (2011), which was a critical and commercial success. He won the Best Male Debut award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) for this film.
In Telugu cinema, he gained significant recognition with the film Run Raja Run (2014), a romantic thriller.
He has since starred in several successful films, showcasing his versatility as an actor:
