Aishwarya Lekshmi was born on September 6, 1990, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She completed her schooling at Holy Angel’s Convent, Thiruvananthapuram, and pursued a degree in MBBS at Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Ernakulam.
Before entering films, she worked as a model and appeared in various advertisements and magazine covers.
